i just installed USS and now trying to login but it always saying authentication failed.
im using ussdbadmin username...with the correct password. but still not login..please what can be the reason.?
Did you configure the SDM and\or Catalog Data Sources. This would enable the integration to be able to create tickets. See link below:

How did you install/configure USS authentication?
if with EEM you may want to look that this user exist there.
Im now able to login with servicedesk account
but i can see browser not supporting USS dashboard. i guess need to check this on chrome. hope to get this resolve by it.

Yes, as written by Brian Mathato there is few post install steps you have to run trough prior to have USS fully operational in your environment..
Follow the steps describe in the book and let us know here your progress and/or challenges you may have.
This has been done now...im now able to create request from USS.
