Hi all folks

we are unsing Websphere 7.0 with Introscope 9.5.2 Agents, and we got a problem with one of the appliactions JVMs.

The Introscope Class com.wily.introscope.agent.db.DeepInheritanceHelper use 76% of the JVM memory.

I find KB Article TEC59566 "Delays when starting up Weblogic application server with agent 9.x" and I switch of the deep inheritance off also.

introscope.autoprobe.deepinheritance.enabled=false

But I don't understand the problem in detail on the one hand and on the other this is a KB Article for 9.1.0 and 9.1.1, but we use 9.5.2.

Class Name

| Shallow Heap | Retained Heap | Percentage

com.wily.introscope.agent.db.DeepInheritanceHelper$MyClassCache @ 0x102858738

|          112 |   438,800,920 |     76.23%

|- java.util.concurrent.ConcurrentHashMap$Segment[8] @ 0x1028587a8

|           48 |   438,800,672 |     76.23%

|  |- java.util.concurrent.ConcurrentHashMap$Segment @ 0x1028d2458

|           40 |    57,523,512 |      9.99%

|  |  |- java.util.concurrent.ConcurrentHashMap$HashEntry[16384] @ 0x1028da178

|       65,552 |    57,523,440 |      9.99%

My question,

are some more detail information about the KB Article TEC595666 available?

Bye, Lutz
