Export to Excel data from Program portlet is not working when routed through SSO using CA Siteminder. Any help would be appreciated.
Please describe the problem more fully. Is the Export to Excel spreadsheet being created? Are you having problems with the links? Exactly what happens?

On clicking the export to excel data from the list program panel, the request is issued but the response returns a 504 error and the ui keeps loading. This happens only on using sso with Siteminder

Are you an On Demand or On Premise customer? Does this problem happen when you are trying to use Export to Excel for a very short list or only when you try to use Export to Excel for a long list?
I am interested as well since we are moving to SSO.
Moving to a Discussion pending further feedback from user.
We are a SaaS customer and are evaluating SSO with our training environment. SO far we have not experienced any issues, and can export to MS Excel without any issues.
I should be doing more testing on Monday and will post any problems we encounter.
