CA Unified Self Service - White screen

When clicking on Request a Service (The orange button on the home page).

 

 

We just see a white screen.

 

We used to see offerings on this page as they were defined in CA Catalog, but they suddenly vanished.

 

CA Service Catalog is connected to USS

 

 

Has anyone experienced this problem before?
