A little bit of background information:

Troubleshooting this issue in a client's environment.

UIM Version   =  8.2, Windows Server 2012 R2

UMP Version  = 8.2,  Windows Server 2012 R2

UR Version     = 8.0

When I click on Trend Report in USM and go to add elements to the report, I see "Error: Could not load element list."   This is accompanied by the following error in the wasp log file:

I have tried several things:

  • Updated java jre package deployed to robot
  • Applied ump_unifiedreports-8.2.0.HF2.zip
  • Applied ump_usm-8.2.0.HF10.zip
  • Cleared niscache on all robots (with a service restart on each robot as well as restarting data_engine, discovery_server, udm_manager, ugs and nis_server)
  • Reset discovery via probe utility and also manually
  • Copied the entire unifiedreports webapp folder from client environment into my dev environment to try to duplicate the issue and was unable to

Has anyone seen this before? If so, what did you do to resolve the issue?

Thank you,

Adam
