is there any way to Transfer a Task from "outside" CA PA, e. g. via command line or via WebServices?
You can complete a task through the Web Service API, but you cannot do a transfer.
What if you use the update object method?
In the sense that you target the the persistent ID of the workflow task, where the objectHandle contains the persistentID whilst within the attrVals, you have something to the extent of:
Are we talking about PAM task or ServiceDesk Task here?
According to the orignal post we are talking about PAM task.
Can we transfer the task from within a PAM Process? If yes, pacy99 can create a process who does this, and execute it from a third app with pam webService.
As far as I am aware the only way to transfer a Process Automation User Interaction Form from one user to another is manually through the Operations tab.
There is no updateObject web service in the Process Automation API.

The code pasted seems like a Service Desk interaction. If this is a request about the service desk tasks, this will need to be directed to the Service Desk community unless someone has a quick answer.
If the Service Desk API allows for it, then it should be doable within a process.
The code pasted was not provided by the OP. Myusufk misunderstood the question i think.
If you cannot transfer a task from within a process with the "assign a user task" operator, it answers pacy99's question.
The assign User Task assigns a Task to one or more users. Once set, that is the list of users that the User Interaction Form is assigned to, it cannot then transfer the Form to another user.
ok, thank you very much, guys!
