End of Support for Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) and Internet Explorer 10 (IE10)

 

As previously announced, on July 31, 2016, CA Agile Central (formerly Rally Software) will stop supporting Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) and Internet Explorer 10 (IE10) for SaaS and On-Premises customers. As we continue to improve the efficiency of the underlying technology and interface of CA Agile Central, this change is not backward-compatible.

 

What does that mean for IE9 and IE10?

When users log into CA Agile Central on August 1, 2016, they will see a blank page with a statement that reads, “Sorry, but CA Agile Central no longer supports the browser you are using.”

 

We recommend updating to a recent version of Internet Explorer or using an alternate browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari. By doing so, you should see an immediate improvement in performance.
