SDM 14.1 - Sending a text notification for priority 1 tickets

Is there any out-of-the-box way to send a text notification for a priority 1 ticket assigned to a certain group?  I was looking at the pager email address field in the group contact record and the notification methods for low, medium, high and emergency, but they are tied to the notify level of the message template, not to a ticket priority.
