Hi,

Could you help me with the below two things on service desk.

 

1) Employee's dont have permissions to view other's ticket but want to give permissions to update the ticket thru email. Its because some times analyst need to get some update to the tickets from external users who are employee's

2) How to get the list of tickets created thru email, reporting method may not be valid i think so.
