We currently run with CA Service Desk 12.5, and we're trying to get some data out of the knowledge base.
The first part is around the Resolution field. We can extract the text of the Resolution, however we also want to extract the data that is shown in the HTML version (in the tool)...as we want to pick up HTML tags etc...and extract to an xlsx spreadsheet or XML. I can't locate a field with the skelatons table...so is the data stored elsewhere?
Also, with regards to the file location of attachments uploaded to the attachment repositories. The upload path field shows where the user intended the file to go, however ServiceDesk places the files in a rep_folder0XX folder every 25 files or so....where is this data stored in the database?
