Measure, Monitor, Manage & Alert = M3A

Hello to all!  We would like to request all the CA IDMS Community members assist us by responding to the questionnaire below.  Organizations are facing a growing concern as retirement is reducing their available technical workforce.  This reduction of skilled employees represents a loss in the library of knowledge used to keep their mission critical systems up and running.  In 2015 CA Technologies rolled out the M3A (Measure, Monitor, Manage, and Alert) Service Offering to help address this growing concern. 


This brief questionnaire is designed to gain a better understanding of the level of customer awareness, what is working, what is not, and areas where CA can make improvements in the program.  This questionnaire is not designed for M3A customers only - we are interested in all customer feedback and level of interest in this service.  Attached please find the M3A Service Brief which provides an overview.
