Adding CMDB CI Families to USM Types

Hi everyone;

I'm having a bit of trouble adding some CI families from CMDB to the connector. Right now I'm trying to add the Software.In-House family to the RunningSoftware USM Type. I'm running SOI 4 with SD connector version 3.4.1.

I tried to follow the following doc: (Optional) Add CI Families to USM Types - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation but there are steps I can't follow exactly how it's shown.

I can't find the ServiceDeskManager_policy.xml inside the Catalyst Registry Web console. However, I was able to edit it from the file itself in the connector server, the same with the rest of the files, but CIs are not being imported into SOI.

One thing that came to my atention is that SD server is installed in Spanish, and I have .es XMLs which I assume are mapping elements between Spanish and English.

Is there any other documentation or could someone give me some tips to troubleshoot this?

Thanks in advance!!
