restrict analyst to set status to 'solved' status on request ticket if it have any active workflow task

Hi,

 

we are using v14.1

 

we want to restrict analyst to set the status to 'solved' on request ticket when active workflow task is present on that request ticket.

 

currently users are able to solve the request ticket with active workflow task.

 

does any one have solution or spel to restrict assignee on request ticket during solved status  until all wf tasks are completed?
