Mailbox rules for task

Hi Team,

 

Today I have a little question, is possible create a Mailbox rules for update a classic task. I See and the object are incident, change order, request, issue and problem.

 

 

Do you have any idea or recommendation?

 

The idea is very simple, one analyst have 1 task assigned, the analyst respond through an email and SDM should update the task status with the comment by the analyst.
