In the Help, it mentions that the person who created a flow can also delete a flow, but there are no instructions/directions for how to do so. I created a flow, and have been asked to remove it, but now I cannot.
In order to delete a flow you created, please follow these steps:
Logged into Flowdock:
Let us know if this helps you successfully delete the flow, or if you run into any issues.
Also, I've tried via Windows app as well as browser with no luck.
Thanks for your assistance. Unfortunately this Is not how it presented in my screen. Last week I went through steps 1-5, but then the flow was no longer visible (to delete or otherwise), and then yet I was able to find it and join it in my flows. Now, today, it is no longer showing in my flows, nor is findable in searching through flows?
Also, the Reply and Actions links in this tool do not appear to be working in Chrome. I had to log into IE in order to reply.
And replying to both your response emails were returned.
Since I will need more detailed info help you, I opened a case on your behalf. I will reach out to via case.
I am trying to delete a flow that someone else created. Unfortunately, this person is no longer with the company, so is unable to delete their flow. How can we delete a flow created by someone who is no longer with the company?
