I have a user who claims to not get emails from Catalog. She does get emails sent from Outlook though, and all the information seems to be the same. I have looked in the error logs and it does not throw an error when I email her directly from Catalog.
Any thoughts? I've also asked her to check her spam folder... she says still nothing.
As far as I know, this user is the only one. I tested myself (and others) and I do get emails from Catalog.
