SMS Notification for Priority 1 tickets

Hello Team

 

we have a requirement that if the incident ticket priority is 1 then sms shoot to the respective people available in the group.

i believe this can be done from some sms gateway . but in servicedesk where should i place the code or what things need to me modify in servicedesk custom files?
