Can the ucybdbld command accept wildcards in the file name?

We are trying to create a process flow that will fully automate the use of the Transport Case, meaning using the ucybdbun and ucybdbld commands.  (We would prefer not to have to log directly into the server and type in commands at the command line for this functionality.  Particularly when just executing a process flow is much faster.)

We have this functionality working, if we use a DEFINED export file name throughout the process.  However, we would PREFER to be able to append the file name with a DATE/TIME stamp variable, so that each time we run the process flow, a unique name is produced.  For example, producing something like: Export_02271520150227134004.txt

So, this works: ucybdbld -B -C1000 -XC:\Temp\Export_02271520150227134004.txt
But this, does not: ucybdbld -B -C1000 -XC:\Temp\Export_*.txt
Any ideas?  This is in a WINDOWS environment, so no UNIX flavors on this one, yet.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
