We have a workflow that begins at 3pm. We want this workflow to monitor a directory for 14 minutes and if a file appears, it triggers a job in the workflow. When the job is finished, the workflow continues to monitor the directory.

We only want the workflow to do this monitoring for 14 minutes, so we have used hte Maximum runtime(MRT) option in the workflow definition to do this (see screen shot)

When the 14 minutes are up, we use the Else part highlighted above to Cancel the Workflow. When this happens, the Workflow gets the status of ENDED_CANCEL - manually cancelled.

I thought I could then create a script (SCRIPT_DEACTIVATE) which would deactivate the workflow using the DEACTIVATE_UC_OBJECT and remove it from the activity window....however, this is not working.

What we basically want to do is have a workflow check a directory for 15 minutes, and when the 15 minutes is up, we want the workflow to be in a status of ENDED OK.

Any ideas of how I can do this ?
