Remove / Delete a Queue

Hi All!

We've received a few questions about cleaning up old queues in customer's systems and I wanted to make a post outlining the steps in order to delete a queue.

In order to remove a QUEUE that you are no longer using, follow the steps below. 

1) Log into the User Interface on the Client containing the QUEUE you wish to remove 
2) Locate the QUEUE object in your folder structure. If you do not know the location of the QUEUE object within your folders, you may use the search icon on the top left of the user interface and enter the name of the QUEUE you are looking for and search. A list of objects will appear matching the name. 
3) Once you have located the QUEUE object, simply right click the object and select "delete" 

The QUEUE will now be removed!
