I try to delete a client using a command line instead of the 'Windows" utility.

I don't find the documentation for this part (online documentation and community).

First of all, is it possible to do this?
Yes it is possible to start the Client Copy utility in batch mode, as can be seen here : https://docs.automic.com/documentation/WEBHELP/English/AWA/11.2/AE/11.2/All%20Guides/Content/ucacfw.htm

Delete mode:

UCYBDBCC  [-V[Path and file name]] [-IFile name] [-LLanguage]-B -E -Smmmm
UCYBDBCC  [-V[Path and file name]] [-IFile name] [-LLanguage]-B -E -Tmmmm

-S refers to the database configured in [SOURCEDB] tag in UCYBDBCC.ini.
-T refers to the one set in [TARGETDB].

Example of deletion of Client 22 on the target DB:

ucybdbcc -B -E -T0022
