Service Manager Dialog used through Direct Access

I am not able to use Service Manager Dialog when I'm out of office network but connected with Direct Access. There is no problem to use User Interface through DA but it is for Service Manager Dialog.

Is Service Manager dialog IPv6 aware?

Unfortunately IPV6 is not supported by our application One Automation for your current version V10.
Up to the Automation Engine V12 you can only operate with ipv4 network addresses.
We are currently working on enhancing all our components to offer full IPv6 support with V12.1

The version 12.1 is planned to be released on June 2017.
