Is it possible to set a MAXRUNTIME dynamically of Job?

Is it possible to set a MAXRUNTIME  dynamically of Job? We have a Job that your maxrun  is 20 minutes but at certain times we need this MAXRUN to be 45 minutes due to business needs.

Is it possible to make this change in Job activation, taking into account that it is inside a Schedule or is it the first Job of a Workflow?
