Interactive view of all the clients

In my previous company we had oracle APEX sat over an oracle database containing pertinent information about all of the main schedules in all of the clients. This displayed:

  • current status of daily schedules and estimated time to complete.
  • all errors raised throughout each daily schedule
  • top 10 errors/previous issues raised for each client
All this was done by just logging data from automic into a central oracle database and then reporting on that.

Are there any better ways of giving an overall view of activities in all of the clients? e.g. time to complete estimations for full workflows?
