After upgrading TDM and Portal to version 4.5, OrientDB Service is not getting started. It ends up with following error.
Windows could not start the OrientDB on local computer. For more information, review the System Event log. If this is a non-microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 1.

I know re-installing of the software may work but I have lots of portal work (which is stored in OrientDB) and don't want to loose it. Can anyone please explain how to take backup of OrientDB and restore the same after Portal is reinstalled?
If there is any other method of solving this issue, please explain. Thanks.
