Customer has a question:
"Question about USS and EEM...does USS have to use the same EEM as Service Desk and Catalog? Or USS can use a different EEM which is configured to point to the same AD as Service Desk/Catalog's EEM?"
It's because they need a separate enviroment for a DMZ server.
Is it recommended?
Tks in advance.
Good Morning Sheila. You might check on the below pages for more information. Reading between the lines, it shows that there can only be ONE EEM installation being used for all integrated products (EEM, Service Catalog, Service Desk Manager, PAM, etc).To be able to integrate them all. Yes , you will have to have Service Desk and Catalog use or point to the same EEM if you want them ( SDM , SC and EEM ) to be integrated and work fine together .
