Issue:
We're running a Web Agent, and when user tries to reach the page :
https://test.test.com/siteminderagent/forms/login.fcc/test
with OPTIONS as browser action, then the browser recieves return
code 500.
How can we fix this ?
Cause:
We see in the Web Agent traces that the method isn't supported yet.

method options not supported in Advanced Auth]
Resolution:
To get the possibilty to access a .fcc resource with Options actions,
please open an Idea on the Security page.
1. Go to the CA Security Overview Page :
2. Click on the "Actions" drop-down menu and select "Create an idea."
3. Give your idea a title and detailed description to encourage
voting.
4. Publish and vote on your idea!
