Team Member with Global rights gets Risks/Issues/Status Report edit rights

CA PPM 15.3


I'm trying to understand how the security model works out in CA PPM


Here is the scenario:


Resource A has been added to PM Group with Global rights and he/she is the PM for Project A


Resource A is also been added as a team member in Project B where he/she gets the Risks/Issues/change requests/status report EDIT rights by default even though he/she is just a team member of Project B. Everything else on the project B is read only.


Is there anyway to control the access rights based on the role the resource is playing on the project?
