My manager has requested that I ask this community for suggestions of a 3rd party Professional Services firm. Specifically, it would be for converting Tidal Enterprise Scheduler to Automic One Automation.

For converting jobs from one tool to another i think the best and reliable professional services are from Automic itself and they should be able to help you migrate over to Automic with ease as compared to any other 3rd party firm.
It also depends on the environment size, complexity and requirement to be able to analyze if this can be handled effeciently by the available 3rd party firms
