Use of My CA user community and forums

At the user grouip session in CA World we discussed what we may want to use the MyCA and Forums. You ideas are welcome

Some suggested ideas include:

- Posting notification of releases (full product, SPs and CRs)
- Discussion of customer issues / problems
- Discussion of enhancements
- Notification of white papers / technotes being published (the documents themselves would still be held within the support site/knowledge base)

One comment from CA was that they did not want ti have to post the same information in multiple places.
