Cost Plan Submission and Budget Plan Approval notification

Whenever a project manager submits a Cost plan for approval, how is the Finance manager/Approver notified that an action is required (Approve/Reject). What is the best way to achieve this?

As far as my knowledge goes, there is not inbuilt process in Clarity.
Suggest that you create a process that will check for the Cost Plan status, and notify the concerned person.
