Error when accessing BO InfoView

Hi,

We're having this problem that when we try to access the InfoView or CMC page, it gives us a login error, which says:
"Account Information Not Recognized: An error has occurred at the server: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your login information is correct."

All the BO services are started, and we're sure that the login id/password is correct.

Current setup:
Application and reports on server1, and db on server2. Interestingly, this error occurred when we renamed our server2 name.

So we reinstalled BO and found this error in the install log:
Initializing Session Manager

Start Session

Authenticating user [ Administrator ] on xxxxxxxx:6400 using authType [secEnterprise]

Getting InfoStore

calling changeBOAdminPassword

Setting the admin password now...

Committing the changes to the CMS...

Exception caught: An error occurred at the server :
Your license key is invalid or has expired. If you received a temporary license key by purchasing another BusinessObjects product, you must register BusinessObjects Enterprise to receive your permanent license key.


Monday 06/21/10 09:06:47 DBG -- Leave BIEK_ChangeBoAdminPassword. Return value = 16027


Any have any ideas why this is happening?
