Hi,



Now that we have updated our Production system to 16.0 SP1 + apars on
z/OS 1.4 and it has the nifty DCMT D SUBTASK EFFECTIVENESS command, what
is a good value for this at the end of the day? Currently we are at 77%
after 5 hours and slowly going up.

Can you explain why DCMT D SUBTASK n shows USER MODE CPU when we have

STATISTICS INTERVAL OFF NOLINE TASK COLLECT NOUSER NOTRANSACTION is
SYSGEN DCMT D STA SYSTEM shows zero for user mode cpu.
