This is your opportunity to share your IDMS experiences with your IDMS
Peers at the 2006 IUA Workshop “TEXAS NEXUS” being held at the Computer
Associates Offices in Dallas, Texas, April 10th thru April 12th, 2006.

The IUA is seeking the best speakers for the workshop, and you may be one
Of them! If you submit a presentation, and it is selected, the IUA will
waive
your workshop registration fee. Take advantage of this incredible
opportunity to share your knowledge with others and save money to boot.

If you have a presentation that you would like considered, email
Bob_Wiklund@tiburontech.com with the title and a brief description. All
abstracts must be received by February 1, 2006 and accepted presentations,
in PowerPoint format, must be delivered to the IUA by March 20, 2006. The
topic areas are: ""Applications"", ""Beginning Database Administration"",
""Advanced Database Administration"", ""DC Issues"" and ""IDMS and the Web"".

If you don't want to present but have an idea for a session, please tell us
about it.

The IUA Workshop is the largest educational gathering of CA-IDMS users.

Re: Email From ADS/O?
"I set this up in a test CV a while back it, wasn't too difficult. I
added a new dd card like the internal reader and setup the JCL like
this:
XXEMAIL DD SYSOUT=(B,SMTP),
XX DCB=(RECFM=F,LRECL=80,BLKSIZE=80)

The dialog writes to whatever class this dd is set to. I can dig up more
if you need it.
