is anyone (else) having problems using the ""new"" support connect?

i cannot get the ""my products"" to populate the dropdown menu in either
the knowledgebase or ""open new issue"" processes - making usage quite
difficult ...

COBOL LE question
"Sometimes when researching a problem with DC-COBOL, the CA support
technician will have me assemble a special version of 'CEEUOPT' with
""TRAP=OFF"". I always back this off after the problem is resolved.
However, I have noticed that it gives better information about any
DC-COBOL abends during that time, not just the one we are researching.

Is there any reason not to run with ""TRAP=OFF"" all the time? Does it
hurt performance, or have any other drawback?
