Hi Kay,

Locking being proprietary these days, the only real way to get an answer
is to send in a dump when you have gone into overflow and ask support to
go thru it and see what the overflow is from.

A easy way to get a dump for support without impacting your system when
you have gone into overflow is:

1) Turn on system snap
2) at Enter Next Task Code, type in LOCKMON SNAP SYSTEM
3) after the SVC dump completes, copy the dump from the appropriate
system dump dataset to a new file
4) transmit the dump to support.
