Also has anyone ever XPAGED an area that has been extended?
not in that order - but we have extended an area that has been xpaged
I have a very large area that has already been extended once and there are
plenty of page numbers available and contiguous to the existing area.
just go through the same routine as you did for the first extend - it
really is no different the 2nd -> nth time

we run daily reports to show areas extended, xpaged, or both!
I am aware of the CALC record issue.

I did not create this I inherited it.

USERSTAT program and associated task
"I located this program, the subject of a recent thread, at
http://iuassn.org - the IUA web site - in the ""User Contributed Library""
area (you need to be ""signed up"" as a member - free however).

I had a quick look at the code and it appears to use standard CA macros
and DSECTs (dummy sections - like 01 levels in Linkage Section of
Cobol). If you have any problems with it under any release since release
12.0 it should be fixed by simply passing through assembly and link
editor (binder) process).

Happy to answer any queries about this program - if anybody has any
problems with it please let me know and I will try to repair.

HTH - cheers - Gary
