Query for all users with hard book rights

I read several long threads about security rights query but I can't find exactly what I need (to even substiute the right id or name, etc). This query was similar to what I want, but I need it more specific -- this was in the a thread about users who have system rights

SELECT c.unique_name,
c.last_name,
c.first_name,
b.group_name
FROM clarity.CMN_SEC_ASSGND_RIGHT a,
clarity.CMN_SEC_GROUPS_v b,
clarity.SRM_RESOURCES c
WHERE a.right_id=b.ID
AND b.language_code ='en'
AND a.principal_id=c.user_id
AND a.principal_type = 'USER'
AND b.right_type = 'SYSTEM'

What I need is: a list of users (full name and id) that have hard booking rights, regardles if group, obs or instance (most if not all of ours will be group related and none should be directly added via resource unless they are admins, so I don't need that) I am not a master at queries, so any help is most appreciated.. I can get most through our main group, but i would like a "catch all" to see who might have these rights.
