Audit / Sox Compliance

I'm looking for some input on how you are utilizing Clarity for audit / sox compliance. We have an 'archivist' who is taking the artifacts that are produced during each phase and after a review is posting them to a specific 'archive' site for our auditors. I'm wondering how others are working with auditors and what oversight / auditing is done to the artifacts. Are people using the document management functionality within Clarity and posting things there? Our goal is to make it easy for PMs to post the info and for others to review / audit it and if possible reduce the work required by our 'Archivist'.
