Problem with Security Server?

I am running into an issue running/viewing reports through Clarity. When I am on the same network as the Clarity servers we use, I am able to successfully run a report. There is another group of folks in another building that is on a separate network that has access to Clarity. When I run a report over there, I get the following error: (They also get the error, that is what caused me to have to go over to their building)
"Error - A request was cancelled. The necessary security privileges could not be verified. This indicates a problem with the security server."

However, when I look in the BO CMC, the instance of that report being run was successful and I can view output from it. The report I was running during this test was the Resource Assignments report but it doesn't matter what report is attempted.

Is this an issue with Clarity, with BO, or with a timeout somewhere due to a network issue?
