NSA service is not coming up

Hi,

Our Clarity setup is : Clarity r12 sp04 with Oracle 10g DB,Tomcat App server

We have not done any changes/modifications in recent past on NSA.

Now the problem is : NSA service on Our Production server is not coming up.Rest of all the services working fine(App,BG ,Beacon and Reprots).one more poitn is i can be able to start the NSA service from command prompt.even if nsa showing started state but still service is not coming up.

can please someone help me on this.
