PAM Client will not load after Service Desk module is installed

You may see the following errors in the c20.log or when trying to login to the ITPAM client after the Service Desk module is installed depending on your configuration.

Application Error
Unable to Launch the application

OR Found unsigned entry in resource:

To resolve this please follow the directions below:

1. Stop the Orchestrator service.
2. Run “SignC2OJars.bat” file (inside the <c2ohome> folder of the PAM installation directory)
3. Start the PAM Orchestrator service again.

Once this is completed you should be able to log back into the PAM Client.
