CA IT PAM Client doesn't open

If you are able to login to ITPAM but cannot launch the ITPAM client, please check the following:

Add the server as a Trusted Site under your browsers security settings.

Please open Windows Control Panel - select Java Control Panel

[*]General Tab
[*]Network Settings
[*]Select Direct Connection radio button
[*]Click OK to close Java Control Panel

Now open the CA IT PAM Client
