After the installation of an ITPAM agent on HP UX the agent does not start. In the ITPAM c2o.log we see the following:

2012-04-22 11:27:57,946 ERROR [com.optinuity.c2o.c2oagent.AgentManager] unable to initialize JInvoke /usr/local/CA/ITPAMAgent/itpamagent/. c2orepository/.c2oagentresources/lib/jinvoke/jars/libjinvoke.so: '/usr/local/CA/ITPAMAgent/itpamagent/.c2orepository/.c2oagentresources/lib/jinvoke/jars/libjinvoke.so' is not a valid load module: Bad object file type

We found that $JAVA_HOME and -VJavaHome parameters pointing to a different and incorrect version of JAVA (in case of $JAVA_HOME). Change the value of $JAVA_HOME in order to point to the right JAVA environment. Once the environment variables were corrected the Agent started without issue.

Thank you.
