Run Program operator not timing out if target touchpoint disabled

Hi,

I'm working with CA PAM 4.0 (not sp1 yet) and have a blocked process where a 'Run Program' operator is not timing out if its target touchpoint is disabled from within the PAM manager. The touchpoint can either be a single touchpoint (disabled) or a touchpoint group with one or more touchpoints within that are disabled.

Is this expected or normal behavior? Any suggestions as to how to make the operator actually time out?

The operator that blocks is 'Run Program' and it executes a small script on the remote machines. The operator has three exit points 'failed', 'completed', 'timed out'. The timeout is set to 30 seconds, which is far longer than the remote script requires to run.

The Run Program operator timeout DOES function correctly with touchpoint(s) all enabled and a forced delay inserted into the remote script.

I can provide exported example process and script if needed.

Regards,

Vick
