Please do following steps to manually remove .NET Agent binaries
-Go to C:\Windows\assembly folder. See if there is a wily.agent.dll file,
if yes than right click and select Uninstall.
- From the System Properties control panel, choose Advanced > Environment
Variables. Locate and delete the following system variables:
com.wily.introscope.agentProfile
Cor_Enable_Profiling
COR_PROFILER
INTROSCOPE_AUTOPROBE_SKIP_FILE
-Manually remove the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\Introscope\NETAgent

If this step leaves the parent key empty, delete that key as well:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\Introscope

-Manually remove the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ComputerAssociates\Introscope\NETAgent

If this step leaves the parent key empty, delete that key as well:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ComputerAssociates\Introscope

Reboot the machine and run the installer again.
