Service Desk restart PAM process

In Service Desk, when you change the status of a ticket to closed. It would abort the current Process attached to the ticket. Or when you change a ticket category, it would restart the category.

Do anyone know how it's doing this tigger?

Reason i need to know is my client has a request that if they change the assignee group, it need to stop the current process and restart with a new process.
