Hi guys!

We have installed APM Introscope v9.1.0 (We're not using CEM). The architecture is composed of one Enterprise Manager of Managers and 4 Enterprise Manager Collectors. The agents are pointing to the MOM in order to make the load balancing. This machines are located in a Data Center and we want a replica on a different geographic location in order to have the disaster recovery environment set up. Besides this, other tools are going to set up for disaster recovery also: Spectrum, ehealth and Service Operation insight.

1. I would like to know what are the requirements and specifications for the communication (Bandwidth or other consideration that you think we need to consider) between the principal Data Center and the Disaster Recovery environment, for APM only.
2. What data/files need to be replicated from the principal Enterprise Managers and the Disaster Recovery Server.
3. I understand that for the SmarStore we need to have the Enterprise Manager shut down in order to safely replicate the data to the DR site. Is it necessary to have this replication? What would be a valid justification to our customer for this decision (They wanna have their historical metrics updated)?

Thanks in advance!!

Regards,

Edisson Berrio.
