Log errors and slow system response

Our system is cripplilng along since 12/12/12 and I cannot figure out what is going on. I've looked in the App-niku.log and found several errors but I cannot decipher them to correct. I searched the communities and could not find anything indicating what would cause a system slow down all of the suddend.

What did I do differently? I uploaded several documents to a project .zip, .xlsx, docx . the system began running slow since then. Afterward I created mulitple assets and applications. Before you ask... I've already submitted a ticket with CA Support on 12/12/12 with no resolution to date.

does anyone know if documents loaded in Clarity will cause a system slow down? I've checked our SQL server and it's only using 30% resources. Clarity 12.1.1.1208 9 002

Any ideas?
